Light Potato Salad
15 Red Skinned Potatoes, boiled and cubed with skins left on
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
3 green onions, chopped fine
6 Tbsp real bacon bits
1 stalk celery, chopped fine
1/2 Cup Mayo made with Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Light Ranch Dressing
Sea Salt & Cracked Pepper
Paprika for Garnish


Gently toss all ingredients and refrigerate for one hour.  Remove from refrigerator and garnish with a light dusting of paprika.
