Healthy Hands Cooking Classes

FOR AGES 2-18

For health conscious families, Healthy Hands Cooking is the perfect opportunity for children to learn nutrition and cooking skills that foster healthy lifestyles in an intimate learning experience that is both fun and empowering.

8-Hour Core

This is our signature program. Students will learn how to make healthy snacks, breakfasts, lunches and dinners for him/herself. This is a great core cooking program for any age who is looking to help with a family meal or just learn some important kitchen skills & build confidence in the kitchen. This program is 2 hours / week for 4 weeks or 1 hour / week for 8 weeks.

A Taste of HHC

Themed classes are fun and educational. Students will participate in an educational nutritional activity and then learn to make healthy snacks and meals for themselves.

HHC Sprouts

Don't think your preschooler can cook? Think again! We've got fun, age appropriate classes bursting with hands-on activities, healthy concept learning through games, and of course, empowering your little one to create their own special healthy snacks. Classes are theme-based and up to one hour in length.

Healthy Lunches

Our Bento style lunch classes are theme-based and include tastes from around the world like Italian, Chinese, North American, Tex-Mex, Greek, Japanese and many more.

Kids Cooking Camp

Our kids cooking camps are typically held for 3 hours a day for four days in a row with your choice of either morning or afternoon sessions.

Birthday Parties

Your child can choose from one of twelve healthy and delicious menus that they will prepare themselves with the help of up to 9 additional party guests. Parents supply the dessert, paper plates, cutlery, and drinks, and our instructors will do the rest.

Cooking for Badges

Do you have a troop looking for help with earning cooking badges or just looking to have some fun creating healthy meals together? Work with our instructors who will make it so easy for you to meet your badge goals by using our unique lesson plans, recipes and intimate class structure to help get you there.

College Cooking

Say good-bye to fattening and unhealthy nutrient deprived processed foods and instead create delicious meals using simple ingredients, simple tools, and simple preparation methods. This Healthy Hands Cooking “Healthy College Cooking 101” is made up of a series of 4 classes designed for students on the go.

Afterschool

Our classes can be used to create fun and healthy enrichment classes to add to your already existing afterschool program or we can work with your school to create a full 3 hour afterschool option. All of our existing content can be utilized to create a custom program just for your school. *Additional afterschool program options coming soon!
