Our Mission:
To fight obesity and related illnesses by empowering and educating children and families in the critical skill of nutrition and healthy cooking so that they can make informed decisions for a lifetime of wellness. To make a difference by offering educational classes through a network of trained and certified self-employed cooking instructors who enjoy preparing and eating REAL Good Food.

How Do We Achieve our Mission? Community Partners
We partner with companies and organizations that share our concern for today's health crisis.

HHC Community Partners typically provide a clean space with access to a sink and garbage can and help by co-marketing the classes to their audience to help spread the word.

There is no cost or manpower required by our Community Partners.

All HHC Instructors provide the students, curriculum, lesson plans, recipes, food, simple appliances, and interactive handouts.

HHC classes are highly recommended to have a 10:1 student to instructor ratio for quality and safety purposes.

All HHC students must be registered on the HHC website but can be redirected to a community partner's website for additional registration requirements.

Since 2012, we have helped hundreds of instructors across the United States use our method to teach thousands of kids and families to eat real good food. We invite you to join us and help change the story of health for our generation and their future.
